Home & Community Visits

West Tamar Physiotherapy employs a number of Allied Health Assistants who are able to deliver exercise in the community. A physiotherapist will complete an intial consultation to determine if you are suitable for our home visit program, and if so, you will be set up with an Allied Health Assistant who will visit you on a weekly basis to help you complete your prescribed program.
