PD Warrior
PD Warrior is the original evidence-based, neuroactive exercise program designed to help people with Parkinson’s live their best life.
Developed by specialist physiotherapists, PD Warrior combines high effort, skill-based exercise with education, motivation and community support. The program is grounded in the science of neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to rewire and adapt. Through the signature 10 Week Challenge and ongoing classes, PD Warrior empowers people with Parkinson’s to slow functional decline, improve movement, and rediscover confidence, strength and independence.
Our goal is to help you:
- Build your confidence
- Move more freely
- Re-train your brain
- Get back to doing the things you love!
PD Warrior sessions occur as follows, with the most suitable class for you discussed during initial assessment:
- Monday at 11:30am – 12:30pm
- Wednesday 12:30pm – 1:30pm
- Friday at 11:30am – 12:30pm

- Osteoarthritis
- Post operative rehabilitation (e.g. total hip or knee replacements)
- Spinal injuries

This group is currently run by our therapy assistant team with experience to adapt exercises to suit your abilities.
